Re: Request Information on DG-RSTHE Sponsored Student's Academic Progress
Dear Supervisor,
First of all, on behalf of the Directorate General of Resources for Science, Technology and
Higher Education (DG-RSTHE) of Indonesia, we wish you a very joyful and successful new year
of 2017. May all your good wishes come true.
Secondly, we would like to convey our sincere gratitude for your supervision and attention to
our sponsored student in pursuing his/her graduate degree.
Thirdly, DG-RSTHE , as the sponsoring agent , is obliged to provide progress reports to the
house on the academic progress of our sponsored students. It would be impossible for us to
produce a comprehensive report without your vital contribution . Therefore, we would like to
request your assistance in filling out the attached academic-progress for each of our sponsored students which is under your supervision. It much appreciated if you could send the completed form to [email protected], before 17 February 2017.
