• From 2019 candidates cannot take Cambridge IGCSE (9–1) Co-ordinated Sciences (Double Award) (0973) with this syllabus.

Publishers’ endorsed resources

Any textbooks endorsed to support the IGCSE Physics (0625) syllabus for examination from 2016 are still suitable for use with this syllabus.

We have not updated the specimen materials for this syllabus.
