PENGUMUMAN KUALIFIKASI UNTUK PENDAFTARAN DPT Nomor :3.31.1/UN37.7.1.2/TU/2021
Tim Penyusun DPT pengadaan barang akan menyusun DPT dengan menilai dokumen kualifikasi untuk paket pekerjaan pengadaan barang sebagai berikut:

Nilai total HPS : Rp. 21.101.055.155,- (dua puluh satu milyar serratus satu juta lima puluh lima ribu seratus lima puluh lima rupiah) Sumber pendanaan : DIPA UNNES Tahun 2022
2. Persyaratan Peserta
Paket ini terbuka untuk penyedia barang/jasa yang memenuhi persyaratan :
1) Memiliki Surat Izin Usaha yang masih berlaku sesuai peraturan perundang- undangan dan bidang pekerjaan yang diadakan.
a. Surat Izin: SIUP, NIB
b. Bidang pekerjaan: [4651] Perdagangan Besar, Komputer Perlengkapan dan Piranti Lunak
c. Kualifikasi usaha: Kecil atau Non Kecil 2) Memiliki NIB
3) Memiliki NPWP dan telah memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan tahun pajak terakhir (SPT tahun 2020).
4) Mempunyai atau menguasai tempat usaha/kantor dengan alamat yang benar, tetap dan jelas berupa milik sendiri atau sewa.
5) bukti lapor tahunan pajak penghasilan badan (PPh Badan) tahun terakhir atau Surat Keterangan Fiskal (SKF) tahun terakhir, kecuali untuk wajib pajak badan yang berdiri kurang dari 1 (satu) tahun
6) Secara hukum mempunyai kapasitas untuk mengikatkan diri pada Kontrak yang dibuktikan dengan:
a. Akta Pendirian Perusahaan dan/atau perubahannya;
b. Surat Kuasa (apabila dikuasakan);
c. Bukti bahwa yang diberikan kuasa merupakan pegawai tetap (apabila dikuasakan); dan
d. Kartu Tanda Penduduk .
