Kondisi Sewa Peralatan
1. Harga sewa belum termasuk PPN 10%.
2. Pihak penyewa bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap barang yang hilang.
3. Pemakaian equipment 7 hari berturut-turut dihitung 4 hari sewa kecuali untuk honor pengawal alat dibayar penuh.
4. Apabila terjadi kerusakan atau kehilangan maka 100% menjadi tanggung jawab penyewa kecuali bohlam putus pada saat shooting sudah berjalan maka:
• Untuk bohlam HMI, 50% menjadi tanggung jawab penyewa. • Selain bohlam HMI, 100% menjadi tanggung jawab penyewa.
5. Pihak penyewa bertanggung jawab penuh atas barang tersebut selama dalam perjalanan dari dan ke tempat pemilik (PT. Kaki Langit Frame).
6. Pembatalan shooting harus diberitahukan secara tertulis melalui fax, atau lisan ke Rental Manager, minimal 1x24 jam sebelum shooting, apabila kurang dari 24 jam maka akan dikenakan biaya pembatalan sebesar 50% dari harga yang kami buat. 7. Pengembalian alat maksimal jam 06.00 hari berikutnya. Lewat jam 06.00
s/d jam 10.00 dihitung overtime 50%, dan lewat dari jam 10.00 dihitung overtime 1 hari penuh (100%).
8. Perhitungan over time pengawal alat :
• Over time 3 jam pertama dihitung 50%, 3 jam berikutnya dihitung 100%
• Bila pengawal alat harus berangkat sebelum pukul 04.00 WIB dari PT. Kaki Langit Frame maka akan dikenakan honor perjalanan sebesar 50%.

kakilangit_frame@yahoo.com atau kakilangit165@gmail.com dan kami akan menjawab dengan surat penawaran (Quotation). Quotation yang telah kami kirim harus dikembalikan dengan mencantumkan tanda tangan, nama jelas dan tanggal sebagai tanda persetujuan.
