Cancellation Policy
In the event that an exhibitor / sponsor cancels a booking for which a transfer has taken place, this will incur a cancellation fee as follows:
• Cancellations by exhibitors / sponsors made prior to December 15, 2012 will incur Rp.1.000.000,-
