The Board of Directors of PT Ba k Pa i Du ai “yariah T k The Company , hereby announces to the shareholders, customers, and stakeholders of the Company regarding:
1) The Change in the Name of the Company
According to the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority FSA No.Kep-29/D.03/2016 dated July 26th 2016, and the FSA Letter No.S-111/PB.13/2016 dated July 29th 2016, effectively since July 26th 2016, the Company which previously was named:
PT Bank Panin Syariah Tbk
Has been changed to:
PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk
2) The cha ge i the Co pa y’s Logo
Previously:
Has been changed to:
During the transition period
of the Co pa y’s a e ha ge, therefore all letters,
agreements and other documents, forms and other properties that are still using
the name/logo of PT Bank Panin Syariah Tbk are still valid. Consequently, all
administrations, letters, and documents related to the banking operational
activities of the Company, will be adjusted referring to the prevailing regulations.
