1. First, enumerator should fill in on Block I and Block II appropriating mentioned on Selected Household List (HH List) except for some information which need to have interview
2. Interview start from Block III and continue to Block IV (specific for household member aged 10 years and above)
3. Enumerator should check the relationship between one answer to another. If the relation looks 'weird', enumerator should re-questioning to the respondent and make it right.
