This paper proposes new method for optimize and verified electric characterization graph of MOSFET by using artificial neural network. Optimization using Neural Network (ONN) will compare current-voltage (1-V) Characteristic graph between the TCAD simulation and TSPICE modeling as desire data control a model parameter of BSIM. In this paper, the neural network method is dynamic feedforward Neural Network. After NN training, the best result is at Neural
Network architecture of 36-30-10-5 with Mean Squared Error (MSE) of le-28 at epoch of 5. © 2009 IEEE.

Gas turbme ts a complex, strong non linear and multi vanatJ.le coupling pneumatic thermodynamics syslem Its typ,cal mode! ITT stabuny stlxltes consists of load frequency control, temperature control, and ecceerauon control A strong coupling relatonstup exists among three control systems which affect the rotate speed of turbine and the exhaust temperature of turbine A decoupling control metood is proposed mspned by the immure system and ns bsnrectcret regula!Jon mechanism m this paper The structure of the decoupling controjers rs designed and then the decoupling control algonthm rs proposed The decoupling control method rs applied to the gas turbine system The system is regarded as two srngle mput sITTgle--0utput systems Finally, some srmula!Jon expenments are

Nowadays, the essocaucn cycle plant wrth gas and stream turbrnes are used in the electnclly factmy In order to mamtam the oevces operating normally and efflctently some
parameters sf-cud be controlled According to the gas turb1rie the rotate speed of turbine
