Abstract
Forest exploitation by state recklessly without paying attention to custom society rights will be possibly increase horizontal and vertical conflict, both with entrepreneur of forestry and mining and also with other society, as well as with local and central government. Forest exploitation redundantly without taking care of its continuity, more and more exploiting of protected forest will only bring misery of environs society, because it can destroy ecosystem, means of livelihood which is difficult progressively because customary law society very depend on forest.
