The Republic of I ndonesia has received a loan from t he Asian Developm ent Bank ( ADB) t owards t he cost of Local Governm ent Finance and Governance Reform Sect or Developm ent Proj ect and it int ends t o apply part of t he pr oceeds of t he loan t o eligible paym ent s under t he cont ract Loan Num ber 2193 - I NO ( SF). Bidding is open t o eligible bidder s from source count ries of ADB. 2. The Minist ry of Finance now invit es sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurem ent of hardware, net working, off- t he- shelf soft war e
and relat ed services for 171 regions par t icipat ing in t he Developm ent of Regional Financial Managem ent I nfor m at ion and Report ing Syst em s – Hardware Com ponent ( SI PKD and Regional SI KD - Hardwar e) .

Qualified bidders m ust hav e, am ong ot hers, ( i) experience in successfully im plem ent ing at least 2 work cont ract s of sim ilar com plex it y ; ( ii) average t urnover of a m inim um of equivalent US$ 22 m illion per year over t he past t hree year s; ( iii) sound financial posit ion of long- t erm profit abilit y of at least US 4 m illion equivalent and st rong posit ive net wort h of at least US$ 6 m illion equivalent .
