Abstract
Pasar Online UMKM Kabupaten Kendal is a form of electronic commerce which allows consumers to directly buy products from a seller over the internet. Pasar online still new, therefore it is necessary to develop a strategy so pasar online can work well. Preparation of the strategy will be to use strategy generation of framework ITIL v 3 domain service strategy. Strategy generation process consists of 4 steps, define the market, develop the offering, developing strategic assets, measuring and preparation for implementation of strategy. This strategy is expected to help running business processesinPasar Online.
