Project Management Unit (PMU) of the IDB Project in the State University of Padang (UNP) is opening recruitment for Employment of Technical and Procurement Expert for the Reconstruction and Upgrading of the State University of Padang (UNP) Project with qualifications required are :
a. At least Bachelor /S1 Degree, prefearbly in engineering
b. Minimun 8 years experience in procurement management and contraction expert services in foreign financing projects, preferably IDB financing projects
c. Has a certificate of procurement from BAPPENAS/LKPP minimum Grade L2
d. Preferably has a certificate of Certified Middle Expert in Civil Engineer (SKA Struktur)
e. Computer literate minimum ; MS office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
f. Should has Indonesian Nationality
g. Good communication in English both oral and written
h. Work on fulltime basis
