REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
The Goverment of Indonesia, has received a loan from International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD/World Bank) and International Development Association (IDA) for Farmer Empowerment through Agricultural Technology and Information (FEATI) Project (loan number 7427-0-IND and 4260-7427-0-IND).
As part of executing Agency, The center for Agriculture Data and Information (CADI) of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, Intends to apply a part of the budget covered
Component D of the project activity for provision of service named :

Firm selection
The MoA-CADI now invites eligible consultant firm to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultant must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service (description of similar assigments, experience in similar conditions, skill, etc) in particular the consultants should demonstrate their submission that they have following
qualifications, experiences, and expertises in the following area :
(i) Development of mobile/online based software application
(ii) Deep know legale of mobile application content, mobile database system and user interface
A consultant firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out the World Bank’s Guidelines : selection and employment of consultans by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004).
