AGUNG PODOMORO LAND LAUNCHED THREE PROJECTS AT END OF THE YEAR 2011 Kuningan City Mall, Amaris Hotel at Thamrin City and POP Hotel at Festival Citylink
Jakarta, 19 December 2011 – The leading property company in Indonesia, PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) closed the year 2011 by launching three new projects namely Kuningan City Mall, Amaris Hotel at Thamrin City and POP Hotel at Festival Citylink. These three new projects will strengthen APLN’s outstanding performance in coming years.
KUNINGAN CITY MALL
This lifestyle mall in CBD Area, Jakarta, has 55,000 m² areas and consist of 6 floors. Offering “Back
to Nature” concept, this mall combines the elements of namely Nature, Earth, Water, and Light, and offers visitors to find new different experiences compared to other malls. Furthermore, Kuningan City Mall adopts a single corridor system which enables tenants to have the same opportunities to be visited by visitors of the Mall. Located in Thamrin City Shopping Center, Jakarta, the hotel will be managed and operated by the Santika hotel group network operator carrying the name of Amaris Hotel. This hotel is only a few hundred meters from the “Bundaran Hotel Indonesia” and close to Jl. Thamrin and Jl. Sudirman, the business and commercial center in Jakarta. Amaris Hotel has 134 rooms and 2 meeting rooms with capacity of around 30 people, targeting entrepreneurs and businessmen who need accommodation with affordable price which is managed by a professional hotel operator. All visitors can also use the free wifi facility, which is accessible in all rooms.
POP HOTEL at FESTIVAL CITYLINK
Located in the Festival Citylink Bandung, this hotel targets niche market of budget hotels in Bandung. POP Hotel provides 175 rooms with very affordable prices with exclusive services for its customers. As the only budget hotel with a capacity of more than 50 rooms within a radius of 5km, POP Hotel will become the destination hotel of travelers who visit Bandung city.
