PELANTIKAN DI BAWAH SUBSEKSYEN 7(1) APPOINTMENT UNDER SUBSECTION 7(1)
Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 7(1) Enakmen Mahkamah Syariah 1993, maka inilah Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Tuanku Sultan Kedah Darul Aman telah berkenan melantik orang di dalam Jadual berikut menjadi Hakim Mahkamah Rendah Syariah di dalam Negeri Kedah Darul Aman berkuat kuasa daripada tarikh yang disebutkan di bawah:
