2. Pendaftaran  Peserta boleh mula mendaftar dan memulakan kerja pemasangan ruang pameran/produk inovasi pada 18 Julai 2022 pukul 3 petang – 6 petang

 Lokasi pameran: Dewan 7C, Tingkat 3

 Kaunter pendaftaran: hadapan Dewan 7A

 Mohon rujuk ke Lampiran A bagi pergerakan masuk dan keluar bagi kerja-kerja pemasangan dan membuka bahagian pameran

3. Yuran pendaftaran  Yuran pendaftaran adalah termasuk Kit Persidangan, Prosiding, Jamuan Makan (2 peserta) dan Sijil Penyertaan.

 Peserta dikehendaki menyelesaikan yuran pendaftaran selewat-lewatnya 14 JULAI 2022.

4. Kelengkapan ruang pameran

 Setiap ruang pameran dilengkapi dengan sebuah meja, dua buah kerusi lipat, sebuah bakul sampah dan satu plugpoint 13 Amp. Kelengkapan tambahan boleh dibawa sendiri oleh peserta.

 TIDAK DIBENARKAN menggunakan pin, gam, paku, staples di dinding reruai. Hanya dibenarkan menggunakan double sided tape/ velcro.

 Sebarang kerosakan pada kawasan pameran akan ditanggung oleh pihak pempamer.

 Sekiranya pempamer memerlukan peralatan tambahan bagi urusan pameran, pihak kontraktor akan mengeluarkan borang penyewaan yang mana kos akan ditanggung oleh pihak pempamer sendiri.

 Syarat dan terma penuh yang dikenakan oleh kontraktor rasmi pameran (Innogen Sdn. Bhd.) adalah seperti di Lampiran B. (sebarang pertanyaan boleh berhubung dengan Ms Mok Yin Yin 012-2787979)

5. Kawasan memunggah barang

 Peserta boleh memunggah barangan di Cargo A dan B (rujuk peta di Lampiran C) bermula 18 Julai 2022.

 Hendaklah mengisi Pas Masuk Kenderaan (Lampiran C) dan meletakkan di tingkap hadapan kenderaan.

 Bagi barangan pameran yang boleh di bawa menggunakan tangan, penggunaan lif tetamu dibenarkan.

Contoh: kotak, beg kecil yang boleh dibawa menggunakan tangan tanpa penggunaan troli.

6. Pelan pameran  Seperti di Lampiran D.

 Setiap ruang telah ditanda dengan nama syarikat/institusi seperti yang telah didaftarkan

7. Syarat dan terma KLCC

 Pempamer hendaklah mematuhi syarat dan terma yang telah disediakan oleh lokasi persidangan (KLCC) seperti yang tertera di Lampiran E.

 Pempamer hendaklah sentiasa menggunakan tanda nama yang disediakan oleh penganjur sepanjang persidangan dijalankan.

 TIDAK DIBENARKAN untuk membawa

makanan/minuman luar ke kawasan pameran. Sekiranya peserta menempah makanan luar, peserta boleh menikmati hidangan di kawasan medan selera berdekatan Aquaria.

1. Upgraded Shell Scheme

(a) No upgrade booth design or custom-made design is allowed by an outside contractor.

2. Power Supply & Lighting

(a) Lighting connection work in all NWICE 2022 must be carried out by the Official Contractor. Without any exception, Exhibitors including those who provide their own lighting fixtures will be charged the lighting connection fees according to the ratesthe in Electrical & Lighting Form.

(b) Lighting connections are charged according to the number of tubes and bulbs lighted on the stand.

(c) Light boxes are charged according to the number of tubes in each light box, using the lighting connection rate. Exhibitors are encouraged to use tubes of higher wattage (maximum 100 watts) wherever possible.

(d) Exhibitors who provide their own lighting fixtures containing wiring installation must comply with the following procedures:

(e) Submit detailed drawings of such installation to the Official Contractor.

(f) Show proof that such installation is carried out by a registered wiring contractor with the relevant Class of Certificate of Registration issued by the Director–

General of Electrical Inspectorate, Malaysia or its equivalent.

(g) Use materials approved by the Department of Electrical Inspectorate, Malaysia. Non-compliance of the above would result in immediate termination of power supply and/ or Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (Hall Owner) penalty charges.

(h) Exhibitors whose lighting fixtures are found to have been the cause of trips in power supply will be responsible for all re-energisation charges.

(i) One power point is assigned to one machine only. No multi-point connection and / or extension is allowed.

Lampiran E

Below are the standard clauses with related to the Centre’s Rules and Regulations and we shall advise the organiser to include them to the Exhibitor‘s manual:-

1. Aisle/Gangway

Under no circumstance can any exhibit display be allowed to encroach into the aisle/gangways. Please remember to keep your entire exhibit inside your stand at all times.

2. Extension Cords

The use of multiple socket outlet is strictly prohibited to avoid any overloading as this may lead to a trip in the incoming power supply and cause incontinence to other exhibitors.

3. Food and Beverage Policy

No outside food and beverage may be brought into the Venue and served at stands without prior approval from the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

The Centre reserves the right to remove any food and beverage not authorized by the Centre.

4. Drapes

Material used for lining, drapes or overhead structure or as part of the theme or display to the public must be rendered non-flammable as per BOMBA requirement.

The use of flammable materials is strictly prohibited unless treated for fire retardant.

5. Smoking Policy

Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is a non–smoking Venue .

6. Distribution of Brochures

The distribution of printed matter and circulation of advertising materials is permitted only at the stand space itself.

7. Emergency and Evacuation Procedures

Please find enclosed the emergency and evacuation procedures.

8. Map Access to Loading Docks

Please find enclosed the Centre’s loading docks floor plan and loading bay pass.

9. Carpet at level 3 Build-up

Exhibitions which use the Centre’s Level 3, Hall 7C must ensure that the carpets are being laid or protected prior to build-up and tear down in order to minimize the damage to the Centre’s properties.

In order to ensure that the carpet is not damaged on Level 3, the following is NOT permitted:

- Sanding and sawing is strictly prohibited - Planning (plane)

- Metal cutting

- Anything placed on the carpet such as trestles, build-up or and tear down materials, ladders, compressors or other equipment shall be equipped with protective feet or to be placed on spreader etc so as not to cause permanent indentations or damage on the carpet.

- Major painting. If small touch up paint job is required then the carpet must be protected with a plastic underlay, used carpet or drop sheets whilst painting.

- Major construction. Stand structures MUST be pre-fabricated off site to avoid any issues.

10. OTHERS

Any person caught committing unsafe work practices and or non compliance activities will be fined and or prohibited from working in the Centre.

The Organizer or Licensor will incur the cost for the subsequent cleaning of the carpet or bear the cost of the damaged carpet.
