ENGINEER (KUALA LUMPUR)

Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the issues related to Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic engineering that requires continuous improvement initiative process to improvise and optimizing overall equipment effectiveness and efficiency

 Coordinate and manage the development of each new project related to product, process, equipment solution and services to ensure all project implementation in line as KPI’s target

 Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities on equipment and process related to improve the equipment and process performance as well as encourage staff to perform cost saving initiative in repair maintenance cost area.

 Manage the development of human asset by effectively training, engaging, coaching, appraising and responding to the needs of employees. Ensure the key result areas and goals are aligned with organization strategy and long term business.

 Plan, produce and monitor the preventive maintenance schedule of all related equipment in order to ensure the equipment performance and efficiency as set in KPI’s target.

 Drive the technical team towards Safety and Health awareness and environment to ensure the compliance adherence in term of Safety and Health requirement as Company policy.

 Produce and monitor daily, weekly and monthly report of each project development and maintenance in order to evaluate the project progress and equipment maintenance activities.

 Perform any other tasks and assignment as directed by management from time to time.

Requirements:

 Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field

 Minimum of 2 to 3 years with proven experience in Engineering & Maintenance Supervisory/Management role in manufacturing environment.

 Strongly experience with Electronic Engineering knowledge and skills

 Ability to follow Continuous Improvement processes/Lean Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance  Ability in organizing, prioritizing and attention to detail.

 Ability to select, coach, develops, engage and retain a team of technical employees.  Highest level of personal and professional integrity.

 Advance in Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Powerpoint and Excel)  Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.  Self-motivated, result oriented with high integrity and high enthusiasm.  Able to work independently and good team player.
