ITINERARY
DAY 1: SINGAPORE– BEIJING – DATONG
Assemble at Changi Airport for your flight to Beijing, the capital of China. Upon arrival, we will take our coach to Datong for accommodation.

DAY 2: DATONG–HOHHOT – GRASSLAND
After breakfast, proceed to the Grassland by coach. Upon arrival, you will be attended by local welcome ceremony while experiencing the hospitality and warmth of the Mongolian people. Next, enjoy Mongolian traditional activities like the Mongolian Wrestling and Horse-racing Performance. Today, pay a visit to thenomadic familieswhere you will be treated with their homemade Milk Tea and other snacks. You may also enjoy horse-riding or take a lele cart ride and view Aobao at your own expense. The most important use of Aobao, which means a stone heap, is for sacrifice. People always sacrifice the best corn, meet, fruit and alcohol to Aobao and pray for good weather, good harvest and good fortune. Taste the Mongolian delicacy,Roast Lamb for dinner. In the evening, enjoy the Mongolian Singing & Dance performance at theCampfire Party.

DAY 3: GRASSLAND – XIANGSHAWAN
View the fantastic sunrise at the grassland, and proceed to visitMeidaizhao Lamasery, one of the most important centres for spreading Tibetan Buddhism in Inner Mongolia. It is more of a walled city than a lamasery. The architecture is a mixture of Central China style with Tibetan and Mongolian features. After that, transfer toKubuqi Desert.
DAY 4: XIANGSHAWAN – ORDOS
DAY 5: ORDOS – HOHHOT
After breakfast, visit the Mausoleum of Genghis Khan Scenic Area consisting of the Mausoleum of Genghis Khan, History and Cultural Museum etc. This Mausoleum is composed of three yurt-style buildings with glazed tiles. Genghis Khan was considered as a true hero by Mongolian people. Thereafter, proceed toChilechuan Scenic Area, where you willtake a boat ride to enjoyHasuhai, a natural lake. Next, depart for Hohhot, the capital city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Hohhot comes from the Mongolian word for “green city”. It is the region's political, economic, culture and transport centre. DAY 7: HOHHOT – DATONG
Depart for Datong, one of the northern cities in Shanxi. With Hebei Province to the east and Inner Mongolia to the north, Datong is also an important northern transportation hub in China. Visit theYungang Grottoes (tram car included). It is a treasure trove of Buddhist carvings unrivaled in the world with a variety of more than 51,000 statues. Next visitNine Dragon Screen. Tonight, sit back and enjoy the Gala dinner served with multi-layered cakes, wine, and entertainments which will leave us with an unforgettable memories.
