ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify and provide an overview of the efficiency costs of print production and activity - activity in improving the cost efficiency of existing production at PT. Pura Nusapersada on the Holo 1, as well as assist companies in evaluating what are the constraints - constraints faced during the process of achieving efficiency in print production costs on Holo 1 related to the profitability of the company.
The results of the research internship that lasts for 3 months in May - July 2013 indicates that the achievement of cost efficiencies print production orders based holo unit 1 has been able to run properly in accordance with standard ISO 9001: 2008 applied by Holo unit 1. In addition, as for the activity - activity that companies use in controlling the print production efficiency is the most important thing to increase its profit.
