school, b). Knowing the learning outcomes in social studies fifth grade elementary school students organized by the use of e-Learning, c) Knowing the students' response to learning by using e-Learning.
Design of this research is the research and development or R & D of the research design. The procedure includes three stages of development: (1) preliminary study phase, (2) drafting stage products and (3) the development and evaluation stages. Data collection instruments used in this study to collect data on the validity of test experts, limited testing and extensive testing. Test the validity of the expert using learning expert validation sheet instruments. Limited testing using instruments observation sheets, interview guides, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques.
Through a series of stages of development, the research phase 1 (first year) has succeeded in developing an e-Learning as a model of learning in social studies in fifth grade elementary school; Until the limited phase 1 trials with ES, proved to be effective because the student learning outcomes in fifth grade social studies which organized by using e-Learning is higher than in the conventionally taught. Fifth grade elementary school students' responses to learning by using this e-Learning was able to generate a high attractiveness and high learning motivation of the students, as did learning more fun, so that students can learn much more optimal and effective results.
Suggestions can be submitted is a follow up on the results of this study to be tested extensively to involve more experts and stakeholders, which in turn can be used for riel on line learning. Additionally revising where necessary, especially related to the material as a result of changes in the curriculum into the 2013 national curriculum.
