1. Maslahah Mursalah can be implemented in an economic transaction. Give two examples from the concept of Maslahah Mu’tabarah and Maslahah Mulgha!
2. Explain the meaning of “Istishab”! Mention the various types of Istishab! Give an example of Istishab related to the economics!
3. There are several Qa’idah in Qowa’id Fiqhiyah, What is the best Kaidah that can be used in the issue of fraud in buying and selling online? Explain your opinion regarding that issue!
4. What is the meaning of “Maqosid Sharia”? Explain the Islamic priority scale used in determining of law! Give an example of the economics case using the proposition of Maqosid Sharia!
5. Illat ( ةَّلِع becomes a benchmark in determining of Islamic law. What are the conditions of ( illat that can be used as legal basis for Islamic law? Give two examples from the division of illat!
