I. Format of ASEAN Digital Empowerment 2023

1. The ASEAN Digital Empowerment 2023 consists of three main components, namely:

• Participants (student, teacher, and lecturer) self-learning on SAC at https://learning.sap.com/learning-journey/explore-sap-analytics-cloud-with-story- design. Please see annex below for on-page pictures.

• Monthly enrichment sessions that participants must join at their preferable time.

Participants need to register here. Details on the topics discussed and time schedule is available at the link and Zoom link for each enrichment session will be sent to emails registered at the Enrichment Sessions registration link.

• There will also be Live Q&A session with SAP expert. Participants need to register here. Details on the topics discussed and time schedule is available at the link and Zoom link for each Live Q&A session will be sent to the emails registered at the Live Q&A registration link. Please see annex below for on-page pictures.

• Certification exam. The voucher code for free certification will be distributed later once the number of participants from each institution is fixed. Normally, the exam cost USD 200 per person. Hence, it is expected that all participants use this voucher to its maximum capacity.

2. The selected School Coordinator must update the Learning Progress sheet monthly.

Please fill in the information for the interested students, selected students, and their learning progress at the individual URL already distributed to each School Coordinator. Do note to monthly update this list as well. The details of how to fill the excel sheet is as follow:

• In “Interested Participants” tab, fill the list with the Coordinator’s name and contact details, all interested students/teachers/lecturers who are keen to join the programme.

• In “Selected Participants” tab, fill the list with the Coordinator’s name and contact details, and the up to 25 selected students/teachers/lecturers who get selected to join the programme.

• In “Learning Progress Tracker” tab, fill the list in accordance with the current learning situation of the participants.

• Please refer to “Sub-categories” for full guide on what to fill in each column.

II. How to enter SAP Learning Platform

1. Enter https://learning.sap.com/learning-journey/explore-sap-analytics-cloud-with-story- design in your search engine’s search bar.

2. You will land on this page:

3. You are encouraged to Create Account to ease the tracking process and to help you find your last learning progress. Click the ‘person’ icon at the top right.

4. Once you clicked the ‘Person’ icon, you will land on the page below. Please register if you don’t have an account yet. You can also choose to log in with the available options as shown in the screen.

5. Once you are registered, you can try logging in and start your learning journey.

6. Scrolling down, you can see the Learning Content tab. This is where you will do the self- learning. The whole learning journey is divided into several unit learning and lessons:

• SAP Analytics Cloud Foundation has a total of 7-unit learning, with each unit learning has several lessons, with varied learning time for each unit learning.

7. Once you click the + button, it will expand to showing lessons in the Unit Learning.

8. Click Go to learning to start your learning journey.

9. Once clicked, you will land on the learning page and you are free to study on your own pace!

10. If you are signed in, the system will track your progress, so you don’t have to be afraid to forget or lose your current learning progress. You can just click “Resume Learning” to go to your last learning unit.

How to Register for Monthly Enrichment Session

1. Beside the Learning Content tab, there is Live Session tab. Click the Live Session tab.

2. For enrichment session registration, click the Expert Deep Dive Live Sessions – SAP Analytical Cloud.

3. After clicking, you will land on the page shown below. There will be multiple courses in multiple time zone each month. Select all the courses that you want to attend and most suitable with your time zone. Once you finish selecting the course, scroll down until you see the “Register Now” button.

4. After you register, you will get an email for the Zoom link meeting from the system.

How to Register for Monthly Q&A Session

1. Beside the Learning Content tab, there is Live Session tab. Click the Live Session tab.

2. For Live Q&A session registration, click the Q&A live sessions – SAP Analytical Cloud.

3. After clicking, you will land on the page shown below. There will be multiple Live Q&A sessions in multiple time zone each month. Select all the Q&A sessions that you want to attend and most suitable with your time zone. Once you finish selecting the course, scroll down until you see the “Register Now” button.
