Taking the TOEFL ITP® practice tests will give you a good idea of what the actual test is like in terms of the types of questions you'll be asked and the time limits you'll have. If you are unsure of the correct answer to a question, make the best guess you can and move on to the next question. Practice reading a passage quickly to get a general impression of the main idea, rather than reading every word and every sentence carefully.
Gradually increase the amount of presentation you use to write the Listening for Pragmatic Understanding summary. Think about what each speaker hopes to achieve: What is the purpose of the speech or conversation. Be aware of the time limit for each section and budget enough time for each question so that you are not rushed at the end.
