SUPPLEMENTAL DIGITAL CONTENT Study’s inclusion and non-inclusion criteria.
Study inclusion criteria :
1) Patients older than 18 years old
2) Clinical signs, history, and pre-operative brain MRI suggestive of high-grade glioma or low-grade glioma
3) Patients that had given their written informed consent for the study
Study non-inclusion criteria:
The patients with at least one of the following conditions could not be included in the study:
1) Allergy to fluorescein
2) Previous life-threatening allergic reactions and known hypersensitivity 3) Pregnant or lactating women or not using effective contraception 4) Restricted renal function defined by a creatinine clearance <30 ml/min 5) Patients under a beta-blockers treatment
6) Contraindication to perform MRI (pacemaker)
7) Contraindication to use 5-ALA: known hypersensibility to 5-ALA or to porphyri, acute or chronic porphyria
8) Patients who express opposition to participate in the study
