Public Relations Committee Meeting February 16, 2001
Present: Toni Olshan, Gary Roberts, Rosalie Mulhollen Absent: Patricia Mebius, Dave Snyder
Gary handed out the publication guidelines for the Library Mosaics. It was decided to table this until our next meeting.
We received 18 entries as of 2:45 PM today. Toni, Gary and Rosalie corrected the contest entries. 15 out of 18 will be entered for the grand prize drawing on Wednesday the 21st at 3 PM.
The television crew may be here to film the drawing. Toni noted that Dave would look into this.
Rosalie will order 2 boxes of King Size candy bars from Alfred Shurfine. They can be picked up on Tuesday the 20th.
We have a digital camera on reserve in ITS .
Steve will pick up the grand prize gift certificates for area restaurants on Monday.
Dave will do a follow up article for the Fiat Lux.
Rosalie will send a campus wide email announcing the winners of the King Size candy bars. If they are unable to pick up their prize we will send it to their PCC box. Winners of the Grand Prize are to pick up their gift certificates at The Desk.
Rosalie noted that King Alfred's "sash" is missing!
