Students are able to apply counseling programs to the
community relating to the development of animal husbandry and animal health properly and correctly
Content This course is a basic knowledge of the scope and role of counseling in the development of healthy farms, how to make an extension program for farmers. Subjects include: Planning, implementation schedule, evaluation of extension programs, assignments, field work systems and field extension
organizations. Also discussed human resource (HR) management includes HR framework, challenges in the HR environment, recruitment, selection and leadership.
