Bryan Robert laisina 2013-21-316 with the title of the thesis "Formal Requirements and Material of Case Files in the Investigation Process" guided bylecturer Mrs. E. R. M. Toule (As Advisor I) and Lecturer Mr. Juanrico A. S. Titahelu (As Advisor II)
The research in this thesis regarding the Formal Requirements and Material of Case Files in the Investigation Process For the commencement of the investigation must be notified to the Prosecutor's Office. After the filing is complete, the investigator immediately submits the case file in duplicate to the public prosecutor, accompanied by a letter of introduction Under Article 14 letter b of the Criminal Procedure Code, the public prosecutor has the authority to conduct a pre-prosecution if there is a lack of investigation by observing the provisions of Article 110 paragraph (3) and (4) and provide instructions in the context of perfecting the investigation of the investigator. The public prosecutor after receiving the results of the investigation from the investigator immediately studies and examines and within 7 days must inform the investigator whether the results of the investigation were complete or not. In case the results are incomplete, the public prosecutor returns the case file to the investigator accompanied by instructions about what must be done to be completed and within 14 days from the date of receipt of the file, the investigator must have returned the case file to the public prosecutor. An investigation is said to be complete if at least two legal evidences have been obtained by law. The research method used is Normative Juridical Research, the type of research used is descriptive analytical description of the legal material.
Based on the results of the study show that the process is also expected that the Criminal Procedure Code is also immediately revised, especially regarding the time span of 14 days (fourteen days) for investigators to improve the BAP because investigators in finding evidence is very unlikely to be carried out within 14 (fourteen) days.

Bryan Robert Laisina, 2013-21-316, dengan judul skripsi “Persyaratan Formil Dan Materiil Berkas Perkara Dalam Proses Penyidikan ” dibimbing oleh : Ibu E. R. M. Toule, (Selaku Pembimbing I) dan Bapak Juanrico A. S. Titahelu, (Selaku Pembimbing II).
Penilitian dalam skripsi ini mengenai Persyaratan Formil Dan Materiil Berkas Perkara Dalam Proses Penyidikan Untuk dimulainya penyidikan harus diberitahukan kepada Kejaksaan.
Setelah pemberkasan selesai, penyidik segera menyerahkan berkas perkara tersebut dalam rangkap dua kepada penuntut umum, disertai dengan surat pengantar Berdasarkan Pasal 14 huruf b KUHAP, Penuntut umum mempunyai wewenang untuk mengadakan prapenuntutan apabila ada kekurangan pada penyidikan dengan memperhatikan ketentuan Pasal 110 ayat (3) dan (4) serta memberikan petunjuk dalam rangka penyempurnaan penyidikan dari penyidik. Penuntut umum setelah menerima hasil penyidikan dari penyidik segera mempelajari dan meneliti dan dalam 7 hari wajib memberitahukan kepada penyidik apakah hasil penyidikan itu sudah lengkap atau belum. Dalam hal hasil belum lengkap, penuntut umum mengembalikan berkas perkara kepada penyidik disertai petunjuk tetang hal yang harus dilakukan untuk dilengkapi dan dalam waktu 14 hari sejak tanggal penerimaan berkas, penyidik harus sudah menyampaikan kembali berkas perkara itu kepada penuntut umum. Suatu hasil penyidikan dikatakan lengkap apabila telah diperoleh sekurang-kurangnya dua alat bukti sah menurut undang-undang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penilitian Yuridis Normatif, tipe penilitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif analitis melakukan deskripsi terhadap bahan hukum.
Berdasarkan hasil penilitian menunjukkan bahwa proses Diharapkan pula agar KUHAP juga secepatnya direvisi khususnya mengenai rentang waktu 14 hari (empat belas hari) bagi penyidik untuk memperbaiki BAP karena penyidik dalam menemukan bukti bukti sangat tidak dimungkinkan dapat dilakukan dalam waktu 14 (empat belas) hari tersebut.
