Abstract title: FIBROBLAST GROWTH FACTOR 23 (FGF23) CORRELATED WITH PHOSPHATE BUT NOT CALCIUM IN ROUTINE HEMODIALYSIS Following our correspondence regarding acceptance of the above-mentioned abstract for presentation at a poster session at the ISN’s World Congress of Nephrology 2019 we would like to remind you that CONGRESS REGISTRATION BY JANUARY 31, 2019 IS MANDATORY in order to be published as described below and for the poster presentation.
Please find below important instructions for the preparation of your presentation at the congress. We recommend you to carefully read through all information provided.
Registration
WCN 2019 provides Early Bird Registration for all poster presenters provided they register before January 21, 2019. If you are not yet registered, you can do so by simply clicking on the following link and following the instructions. http://www.isnwcn2019.org/registration-home/register
IMPORTANT! It is necessary to register using the same login details you have used for submitting your abstract, otherwise we will not be able to link your abstract to your registration. For your convenience find your login details below:

If the presenting author is unable to present the abstract, another co-author can take his/her place as long as he/she is duly registered to the congress. A letter from the presenting author informing about the change is requested and must be sent to the congress secretariat, email:
[email protected] no later than January 31, 2019.
If abstract presenters fail to register by January 31, 2019, no abstract will be published. There will also be no poster/oral presentation at the congress.
IMPORTANT! If you or a coauthor have already registered, please send us a proof of registration and we will link it to the abstract.
Poster session
Your poster will be presented during one of the poster sessions held at the congress. During the time of the poster session you are expected to be physically present at your poster as it will be viewed. We will send you the exact time and date of your poster presentation, as well as your poster board number in mid-February. At that time we will also inform you whether your poster session will be moderated.
Posters should be the following size: AO-size (1189 mm High x 841 mm Wide), portrait orientation.
Larger posters in a different orientation will not fit on the poster boards.
Abstract publication
Accepted abstracts will be published electronically in the searchable databases of the WCN 2019 and Kidney International Reports (an official journal of the International Society of Nephrology). No printed abstract book will be produced.
Accommodation
After registering we remind you to also secure your accommodation in one of the designated congress hotels. Note that demand on hotels in Melbourne is high so booking early is strongly advised. Bookings can be made through the official housing agency via http://isnwcn2019.org/travel- venue/accommodation
Poster printing service
The World Congress of Nephrology 2019 has selected Snap South Melbourne as their preferred poster printing service for WCN 2019.
This service is the simple and most convenient way to print your poster and have it delivered at the Poster help desk at the congress in Melbourne for onsite pick up.
Additional information about this service including the link to start submitting your poster for printing is available at the congress web http://www.isnwcn2019.org/abstracts .
Please take note there will be no onsite poster printing service.
