Setiap anak memiliki kemampuan belajar yang berbeda dikarenakan perbedaan karakteistik otak. Untuk memudakan menemukan gaya belajar yang sesuai diperlukan identifikasi oleh guru atau orang tua. Peroses identifikasi gaya beajar tidak dapat langsung diidentifikasi oleh guru atau orang tua dengan hanya melihat gaya belajar anak dalam menyelesaikan pertanyaan berbeda-beda. Hal ini yang mendorong penulis mengembangan sistem pakar identifikasi gaya belajar anak berbasis android. Sistem pakar identifikasi gaya belajar ini dibangun dengan menerapkan metode Certainty Factor (CF), yang dimana nilai kepastian didapat dari pakar dan nilai ketidakpastian didapat dari pengguna sendiri sehingga hasil yang dikeluarkan memberikan nilai kepastian yang akurat. Nilai Certainty Factor berada pada nilai 0 sampai 1, jika keluaran CF bernilai 1 atau jika di persenkan 100 maka kepastian mendekati benar. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa kemungkinan tipe gaya belajar yang dimiliki anak, presentase keyakinan, serta strategi belajar berdasarkan fakta-fakta dan nilai keyakinan yang diberikan oleh pengguna dalam menjawab dan mengisi perilaku atau ciri belajar yang sesuai ketika menggunakan sistem ini.

Every child has different learning abilities due to differences in brain characteristics. To make finding a suitable learning style easier is needed by the teacher or parent identification. The process of learning style identification cannot be directly identified by the teacher or parent by only looking at the child's learning style in solving different questions. This is what drives the writer to develop an expert system for identifying Android-based children's learning styles.
This expert system of learning style identification is built by applying the Certainty Factor (CF) method, where certainty values are obtained from experts and uncertainty values are obtained from the users themselves so that the results released provide accurate certainty. The Certainty Factor value is between 0 and 1, if the CF output is 1 or if it is increased to 100, then certainty is close to true.
The results of this research are the types of learning styles that children have, the percentage of beliefs, and learning strategies based on the facts and beliefs given by the user in responding and filling in the appropriate behaviors or learning characteristics when using this system.
