Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan sebuah sistem yang mampu memberikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah maupun kemampuan pengkomunikasian yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. PT. Neuronworks Indonesia sebagai salah satu perusahaan Teknologi Informasi membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi gaji bonus dan penilaian kinerja pegawai secara profesional, efektif, efisien dan modern.
Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan rekomendasi gaji bonus dan penilaian kinerja pegawai adalah Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW Method). Metode ini digunakan karena kemampuannya untuk melakukan penilaian secara lebih tepat karena didasarkan pada nilai kriteria dan bobot preferensi yang sudah ditentukan. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan model waterfall. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem tersebut adalah PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter serta MySQL sebagai database yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data yang diperlukan. Melalui proses dan didukung oleh tools pengembangan maka menghasilkan sebuah sistem dengan judul “Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menggunakan Metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Untuk Rekomendasi Gaji Bonus Pegawai (Studi Kasus : PT.Neuronworks Indonesia)”. Sistem tersebut memiliki fitur utama menampilkan rekomendasi gaji bonus pegawai, menampilkan hasil penilaian kinerja pegawai dan laporan penilaian kinerja pegawai yang lebih informatif.

Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that is able to provide problem solving abilities and communication skills that are used to support decision making in an organization or company. PT. Neuronworks Indonesia as one of the Information Technology companies requires a system that can provide recommendations of bonus salary and evaluate employee performance in a professional, effective, efficient and modern manner. The method used in the support system for recommendation of bonus salary and evaluation of employee performance is Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW Method). This method is used because of its ability to make an assessment more precisely because it is based on the specified criteria and weighting values. The method of system development using the waterfall model. Programming language used to develop the system is PHP with the framework CodeIgniter and MySQL as the database used to store the necessary data. Through the process and supported by development tools it produces a system with the title "Decision Support System Using the SAW Method (Simple Additive Weighting) for Employee Bonus Salary Recommendations (Case Study: PT. Neuronworks Indonesia)". The system has the main feature of displaying employee bonus salary recommendations, displaying results for evaluation of employee performance and a more informative report for evaluation of employee performance.
