Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Suku Bunga, Inflasi dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Serta Tinjaunnya Dari Sudut Pandang Islam (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2019).

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Suku Bunga, Inflasi dan Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Serta Tinjauannya Dari Sudut Pandang Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu perusahaan property dan real state yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang telah digunakan sebanyak 7 perusahaan pada periode 2012-2019 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis regresi data panel.
Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan secara simultan struktur modal, profitabilitas, inflasi, leverage, suku bunga berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Selanjutnya, secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel profitabilitas, inflasi, leverage dan suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dalam sudut pandang islam struktur modal, profitabilitas, inflasi, leverage, suku bunga, dan nilai perusahaan telah menunjukkan prinsip-prinsip Syariah dalam melakukan kerja sama sebagaimana yang telah dijelaskan dalam Al-Qur’an dan Hadist.

This research aims to analyze the Influence of Capital Structure, Profitability, Interest Rates, Inflation and Leverage On Firm Value as well As Review From the point of View of Islam. The research method used is a quantitative method and using secondary data such as company property and real state which are listed in Indonesia stock Exchange.
Samples that have been used as much as 7 companies in the period 2012-2019 by using purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used is the method of regression analysis of panel data. The results obtained in this study can be showed simultaneously the capital structure, profitability, inflation, leverage, interest rates affect the value of the company. Furthermore, the partial indicates that the variable of capital structure and a significant negative effect on firm value. Variable profitability, inflation, leverage, and interest rates have no effect on firm value. In the islamic point of view of capital structure, profitability, inflation, leverage, interest rates, and the value of the company has demonstrated the principles of Sharia in doing the work the same as has been described in the Qur'an and Hadith.
