Pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi, Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih Dari Sudut Pandang Islam Tahun 2019
Uraian Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi, Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah raosoft.
Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 54 responden yang terdiri dari kepala bagian dan staf keuangan, kepala bagian dan staf SDI dan kepala bagian dan staf SPI.
Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kusioner. Pengujian analisis data menggunakan software Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows Version 24.0. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi tdiak berpengaruh postif, Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih. Dari sudut pandang Islam Terkait Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi, Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Sitem Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Islam Jakarta Cempaka Putih ditinjau dari sudut pandang Islam adalah sudah sesuai dan sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam.

The Effect of the Uses of Information, Effectiveness of the Application of Accounting Information Systems and Internal Control System on the Performance of Employees of Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital by the Viewpoint of Islam Year 2019
Description of Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Use of Information Technology, Effectiveness of the Application of Accounting Information Systems and Internal Control Systems on the Performance of Employees of Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital. The population in this study were employees of Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital. The sampling technique used is Raosoft. The sample of this study was 54 respondents consisting of the head of the section and financial staff, the section head and SDI staff and the section head and SPI staff. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Testing data analysis using Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software for Windows Version 24.0. The analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the use of Information Technology did not have a positive effect, the Effectiveness of the Application of the Accounting Information System and the Internal Control System had a positive effect on the Employee Performance of the Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital. From an Islamic point of view Regarding the Use of Information Technology, the Effectiveness of the Application of Accounting Information Systems and Internal Control Systems on the Performance of Employees of the Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital from an Islamic point of view is in accordance with and in line with Islamic principle.
