ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Grama Prameshi dengan jumlah sampel 62 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen kuesioner.
Metode analisis data menggunakan Metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dalam islam telah diperintahkan untuk bersikap secara adil dalam melakukan promosi jabatan. Motivasi kerja sangat penting, karena dengan motivasi diharpakan setiap karyawan dapat bekerja keras untuk mencapai target yang diinginkan dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup yang merupakan bagian dari ibadah kepada Allah SWT. Lingkungan kerja pada PT. Grama Prameshi Siddhi sudah baik karena setip karyawan merasakan kenyamanan dalam bekerja karna adanya hubungan yang baik antar karyawan serta mendapatkan keamanan yang layak.

The Influence of Position Promotion, Work Motivation, and Work Environment About Employee Work at PT. Grama Prameshi Siddhi and its review from an Islamic Perspective.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, work motivation, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. The research population is the employees of PT. Grama Prameshi with a sample of 62 respondents. Data were collected using a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling Method. The results showed that: (1) job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In Islam it has been aimed at fair action in carrying out job promotions. Work motivation is very important, because with motivation it is hoped that every employee can work hard to achieve the desired target and can meet the needs of life which is part of worship to Allah SWT. The work environment at PT. Grama Prameshi Siddhi is good because the arrangement of employees feels comfortable at work due to good relations between employees and gets proper security.
