Website antrian.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id. adalah website yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk mempermudah nasabah dalam mendapatkan nomor antrian sehingga tidak harus mengantri panjang dikantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Permasalahan yang ada adalah sedikitnya pengguna website tersebut jika dibandingkan dengan jumlah nasabah yang terdaftar.
Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan 4 variabel yaitu: persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use), persepsi kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness), perilaku kepuasan (behavior to use) dan sikap penerimaan penggunaan (attitude toward using).
Penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi dan kuesioner terhadap 197 orang resoponden yang mewakili pelaku pengguna website antrian.bpjsketena- gakerjaan.go.id. Semua data diuji menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian ini diketahui bahwa persepsi kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness) adalah variabel yang memiliki nilai paling besar diantara hubungan nilai koefisien lainnya terhadap sikap penerimaan penggunaan (attitude toward using) dengan tingkat hubungan 31,4%. Serta hubungan struktural antara persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use), persepsi kemanfaatan (perceived usefulness) dan perilaku kepuasan (behavior to use)terhadap sikap penerimaan teknologi (attitude toward using) dengan tingkat hubungan 85,1% dan respon pelaku pengguna terhadap penerimaan website antrian.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id. adalah positif.

Website antrian.bpjsketenagakoperasi.go.id. is a website issued by the BPJS Employment to facilitate customers in obtaining a queue number so that they do not have to queue long at the BPJS Employment office. The problem is that there are few users of the website compared to the number of registered customers. In this research, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method is used with 4 variables: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, behavior to use and attitude toward using. The study was conducted through observations and questionnaires on 100 respondents who represent the perpetrators of users of the website antrian.bpjsketenpower.go.id. All data are tested using descriptive analysis, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing and path analysis. Based on the analysis of this research data, it is known that perceived usefulness is the variable that has the greatest value among the relationships of other coefficient values to the attitude of using (attitude toward using) with a relationship level of 31,4%. As well as the structural relationship between perceived ease of use (perceived ease of use), perceived usefulness (perceived usefulness) and behavioral satisfaction (behavior to use) towards the attitude of technology acceptance (attitude toward using) with a relationship level of 85,1% and the response of user actors towards acceptance website antrian.bpjsketenagakoperasi.go.id. is positive.
