  • Components of Teaching
  • Procedure of Teaching Learning Process

There are several components in the learning process of teaching: (1) Curriculum (2) Method (3) Facilities or educational tool (4) Environment (5) Evaluation. Thus, the components complement each other in the learning process of teaching and their function is important for achieving the educational goal.

This means that the teacher has a clear view of all students and all students can see the teacher (in the entire direction they are facing). Teachers don't have a loud, booming voice, but the teacher needs to be heard by all the students in the room. When the teacher talks about the project, his voice is loud so that the person sitting furthest away from the teacher can hear clearly.

The teacher's voice is not the only mode of production available to the teacher in the classroom. For example: While the teacher is explaining the material, he or she will take the position in front of the class. While the teacher is monitoring the group's activities, she or he will be in a position to clearly observe all the students. e) Voice clarity (how the teacher manages his/her voice).

Large Classes

It can be used with effective use of the voice when it should be somewhat loud, slow and generally quiet. Harmer states that in large classes it is difficult for the teacher to make contact with the students at the back and that it is difficult for the students to make requests. When working in pairs and groups with large groups, it is important that the instructions are especially clear, that you agree on how to stop the activity (many teachers just raise their hands until the students notice them and gradually quiet down) and give good feedback. .

The class can be divided into two halves - for example, the front five rows and the back five rows, or the left and right sides of the classroom. The teacher can hire a few group leaders to help, who can be used to distribute copies, check that everyone in their group (or row or half) has understood the task, collect work and give feedback. Teachers need to make sure that what they show or write can be seen and that what they say or play to the whole group is heard.
