Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi peraturan pemerintah dalam hal ini peraturan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cuka nomor PER-09/BC/2014 dan Instruksinya dalam INS-04/BC/2016 tentang pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Persediaan (IT- Inventory) Terhadap Kinerja PT. Woo Shin Garment Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2018 sampai dengan Juli 2018.
Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis swot dengan metode faktor internal dana eksternal juga menggunakan quisoner untuk menilai pelaksanaan sistem IT-inventory itu di PT. Woo Shin Garment Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis swot baik dari internal dan eksternal menyatakan bahwa sistem (IT-Inventory) itu telah berjalan dan menunjang (mempermudah) kinerja PT. Woo Shin Garment Indonesia dalam melaksanaan sistem persediaannya antar divisi. Juga quisoner selain untuk mengukur penilaian sistem IT-Inventory yang berjalan juga untuk perbaikan sistem baik dari sisi asersi akuntansi dan sistem (field) itu sendiri.

This study aims to determine the implementation of government regulations in this case the regulation of the Directorate General of Customs and Vinegar number PER-09 / BC / 2014 and its Instructions in INS-04 / BC / 2016 concerning the implementation of Inventory Accounting Information Systems (IT-Inventory) on PT Performance. Woo Shin Garment Indonesia. This research was conducted in February 2018 until July 2018.
The method used is swot analysis with external and internal factor. And another method also use quisoner to assess the implementation of the IT-inventory system at PT.
Woo Shin Garment Indonesia.
The results showed that the analysis of swot both from internal and external states that the system (IT-Inventory) has been running and supports (simplifies) the performance of PT.
Woo Shin Garment Indonesia in carrying out its inventory system. Also quisoner in addition to measuring the assessment of the running IT-Inventory system as well as to improve the system both in terms of the accounting assertion and the system itself.
