INTRODUCTION

Background of the Apprenticeship

28 of 2011 regarding the establishment, organization and working procedure of the State Polytechnic of Bengal and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Because of this, the author did an internship in one of the financial service institutions, namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Rupat unit. Financial service institutions exist because of the many needs of the general public to fulfill economic and financial aspects.

On 2 July 2021, the Government of Indonesia officially transferred the majority of shares in Permodalan Nasional Madani and Pegadaian to BRI through Government Regulation No. 73 of 2021, as part of the formation of a BUMN holding company engaged in the ultra-micro sector.

At PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Rupat Unit Office, the writer is posted in the customer service department. The customer comes to the bank with the required documents, such as an identity card (KTP) and a taxpayer identification number (NPWP). In Figure 3.5, the procedure for compiling Brimen AR and FR at Bank BRI's Rupat Unit Office, CS will check the data compatibility between the completed form and the customer's original personal data documents.

The author gains knowledge and learns about PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia in the Rupat Unit Office, especially in the Customer Service Section.

The customer comes to the bank with the following documents: necessary, such as an identity card (KTP) and a tax identification number (NPWP). Systems and Procedures

After the form is filled in by the customer, CS will check the completeness of the filling and will match the customer's personal data with the original customer identity card and the applicable terms. After the initial deposit is made, the customer will return to the CS desk to collect the passbook. In the case of the fourth obstacle, this is not a big obstacle because the author gets relations from other departments or departments and can supplement the information for the prepared PKL reports. Constraints such as insufficient number of PCs cause delays in completing tasks assigned to the author.

After the author finished performing street vendors at PT BRI Rupat Unit Office, the author was hired to work in the micro-management section, the author gained new knowledge and experience of the real world of work. The writer gets a lot of experience such as how to work neatly and on time to complete a given job. The author gains experience with how to work together with other employees and gains trust, and the author himself must be responsible for the tasks that are given.

The author gives some suggestions for different parties, namely for the author himself, for students or younger siblings who will do practical work in the next period, for companies and for Bengkalis State Polytechnic. Company: As the author leads the job training activities in Rupat Unit Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia.

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION

Conclusion

The author learns that getting to know a new environment in terms of the world of work requires good interaction and adaptation to existing environmental conditions because it affects the feedback provided by the environment. Issuance of warning letters, actions of banks in issuing first warning letters, second warning letters and third warning letters, so that debtors fulfill their obligations in the credit agreement. The first warning letter given by the bank to the debtor contains obligations to be fulfilled and an invitation from the creditor to the debtor to negotiate.

Warning letters in banking have an important role, where warning letters are one of the conditions for conducting auctions. This is intended so that students know how to give debtors the opportunity to fulfill their obligations as well as calls from creditors to negotiate. CIF stands for Customer Information File, where this CIF contains all customer information in a bank.

This CIF number is a system from the bank that works to record and find personal data, financial data and other data related to customers. The CIF number in the bank is also useful as a rating provider for customers based on the calculation of the customer's risk factors. So it is easier for the bank to find out whether the customer has a bad banking history or not.

In working to be able to check, BI Checking aims to make it easier for banks and lenders to provide loans to individuals or companies.

Suggestion

There are some suggestions for a better company, namely when the company gives tasks that have high responsibility and high risk for the Internship students to be supervised, guided and taught the steps. Bengal State Polytechnic: Suggestions for Bengal State Polytechnic is to keep this practical work which can be used as assessment material and should be given to students before doing practical work according to the field or course material according to the work in ground. practice company.
