Please make sure to which data the validating data was compared!!! Was to to previous experiment or to control group data or to both? I think it’s better to compare and discuss the current results to control group data first and then to previous result which has been published.

This part need to be re-written as 99mTc-CTMP injcected to control group rats and to the treated rats has similar radiochemical purity!!!

Has been added radiochemical purity data in previous experiment, because radiochemical purity in repeating eperiment better than previous experiment.

There is no publication that explain about the implication for the imaging result when distribution half time and excretion/ elimination time is getting longer than expected.

But, author add the possibility for implication symptomps when Technetium or phosphonate getting longer in the body based on the case.
