Scaling the Hand Sketches

Move the pointer horizontally to the right at the intersection of the track lines, and then click. Select the line on the left side of the gap, drag its endpoint handle, and then select the endpoint of the vertical line in the corner.

Click the Pointer icon and select the bottom end point of the left vertical line. Zoom to the lower right corner of the first floor plan and select the innermost corner point.

Zoom to the toilet area in the floor plan and select the point as shown. Move the bathtub and place it in the left-hand bathroom on the first floor.

Activate the Line tool and select the upper left corner of the ground floor plan. Draw a vertical line from the upper right corner of the ground floor plan, as shown. On the Home tab of the ribbon, expand the Draw panel and click the Ray tool.
Click on the left end of the horizontal line as shown; extends to the next entity. On the Create Matrix tab of the ribbon, set the Columns and Rows values to 1 and 2, respectively.
Creating Windows and Doors in the Elevation View
Select the window blocks and click the Move tool in the Modify panel of the Home ribbon tab. On the Ribbon, click Basic tab > Layers panel > Layers dropdown > Reference Lines. Create a marquee for all window entities and click the Copy tool in the Modify panel of the Home ribbon tab.
On the ribbon, click the Home tab > Layers panel > Layer drop-down > A-DOOR. Select the two rectangles and click the Explode tool in the Modify panel of the Home ribbon tab.
Creating the Opposite Elevation
On the ribbon, click Main tab > Layers panel > Layer drop-down > A- WINDOWS. On the View tab of the ribbon, right-click any of the panels and select Show Panels > Coordinates. On the View tab of the ribbon, right-click any panel and select Show.
In the Views window, click the View Manager tool to open the View Manager dialog box. On the View tab of the ribbon, in the Views window, select Top from the gallery of preset views.
Creating the Front and Rear Elevations
Select the two intersection points to define the bevel length on the first line, as shown. Select the rectangle of the balcony and click on the center handle of its right vertical line. Create construction lines passing through the sliding doors on the first floor plan, as shown.
Select the construction line and click the Move tool in the Modify panel of the Home ribbon tab. Move the pointer and select the destination point on the ground floor map, as shown.

On the Hatch Creation tab of the ribbon, expand the Options panel and click the Create Separate Hatches tool. On the ribbon, click Home tab > Layers panel > Layer dropdown > A-ELEV- WALL-PATT. On the Hatch Creation tab of the ribbon, on the Pattern panel, expand the gallery and select the AR-B816C pattern.
On the Hatch Creation tab of the ribbon, expand the Options panel and click Create. In the Dimension Style Manager dialog, select the standard dimension style and click the New button.

Creating Viewports in the Paper space
Click the PAPER button in the status bar; the model space within the viewport will be activated. On the ribbon, click View tab > Views panel > View Gallery > Ground Floor. Click the Viewport Scale button and select 1:50 from the menu; the drawing is reduced.
After placing the drawing inside the viewport, you can lock the viewport position by clicking the Lock/Unlock Viewport button on the status bar. To check this, click the Preview button in the Full panel of the Output ribbon tab; the plot preview will appear as shown below.
Creating layouts for the other views
Select the field of view in the ISO A1 layout and press ENTER; the viewport frames will become undrawable. Double-click in the field of view, and then click the lock icon in the status bar; field of view is unlocked. On the ribbon, click View tab > Views panel > Gallery Views > First Floor.

Zoom to the South view and select the corner of the double door, as shown. Zoom to the South view and select the upper right corner of the single door, as shown. Move the cursor up and select the upper right corner of the box created in the last step.
Zoom to the far right window of North View, and select the upper left corner of the window. Select the origin of the Move Gizmo, move the cursor and select the lower left corner of the box.
Create the CeilingC
Click on the Z axis (blue arrow) of the Move Gizmo and then select Copy on the command line.
Creating Doors on the Ground Floor
Move the pointer up and select the midpoint of the horizontal part of the door frame. Select the lower right corner of the door to specify the center of the sphere. Place the pointer on the front face of the door frame and select the midpoint of its horizontal edge.
Move the cursor to the left and select the lower left corner of the door frame, as shown. Zoom to the individual door and select the top left corner of the door frame.
Creating 3D Windows
Place the cursor on the side face of the window, move the cursor and select the corner point as shown. Select the window, click the Y-axis (green arrow) on the Move widget, and move the cursor inside the 3D wall. Move the cursor towards the 3D walls and select the lower left corner point of the leftmost window opening.
Click on the front of the box to offset the edges of the selected face. Select the window, click the Y-axis (green arrow) on the Move widget, and move the cursor inside.

Select the face of the wedge, then select accept from the command line. Click on the side face of the wedge in the area below the offset edge, as shown. Select any one on the stairs and press Enter; all the layers except the layer of the selected object are hidden.

On the Home tab of the ribbon, expand the Edit panel and click Explode. Move the cursor down, zoom to the north elevation and select the point, as shown. Select the vertex on the first floor plan to define the base point, as shown.

Select the Y-axis of the Move gizmo, move the pointer back, type 12 and press Enter. Select the points on the side of the balcony in the order below. Click on the Y-axis of the Move gizmo, move the pointer forward, type 82.5 and press Enter.
Place the cursor on the top of the cylinder and select the center point. Select the Y axis of the move widget, move the cursor up, type 24, and then press Enter.

Select the second point of the copy array, as shown; the copy array is created, as shown. Select the vertex of the staircase, as shown; another copy of the box is placed on the selected point. Press Enter and select the endpoint of the roof on the Southeast Elevation view.
Place the pointer on the wall and select the corner point of the roof support. Place the pointer over the horizontal line, type 7150 and press Enter; the starting point of the line is specified.
