Backgorund The productivity of hybrid corn plants (Alfisols) must pay attention to the nutrients and physical conditions of the soil to obtain good growing and developing media. Based on composition of the planting media is divided into 2, namely organic and inorganic growing media. Organic planting media generally comes from components of living things such as leaves, fruit, etc.

Meanwhile, inorganic materials are materials with a high content of mineral elements that come from the weathering of parent rocks in the earth, such as charcoal, compost, manure, humus, etc. In addition, inorganic materials can also come from synthetic or chemical materials made in factories. such as gel, sand, gravel, etc.

The use of organic matter as a planting medium is far superior to organic matter because the material contains sufficient nutrients for plants. In addition, organic materials also have balanced macro and micro pores so that the resulting air circulation is quite good and has high absorption. As learned last week, the soil is composed of 4 main components, namely minerals, water, water, and organic matter. The mineral material itself is obtained from the weathering of rocks. Minerals derived from volcanic materials generally contain a lot of nutrients, while minerals derived from sedimentary and metamorphic rocks are generally low in nutrient content. Water is a nutrient, nutrient solvent, and part of plant cells. Air fills the pores of the soil that are not filled with water. And organic matter which is generally found on the surface of the soil (topsoil). Organic matter greatly influences soil properties.

Research purposes Research in this journal aims to determine the dosage of organic fertilizers from cow dung and inorganic fertilizers, namely urea, KCl, and SP-36 which have the best effect on the physical properties of Alfisols. The experiment used a completely randomized block design (RBD) with two factors, namely organic and inorganic fertilizers. Parameters observed included bulk and particle density, soil porosity, aggregate stability, root volume and fresh weight, plant height, and weight of corn with and without husks. Which one? The results showed that the application of

organic and inorganic fertilizers had a significant effect on bulk density, soil porosity, aggregate stability, root fresh weight, root volume, and corn weight with and without husks..

Issue his research will specifically discuss the growth and product of hybrid corn which is influenced by organic and inorganic fertilizers where the continuous use of organic fertilizers without manure will cause a decrease in the physical properties of the soil.

So far, farmers have been introduced to inorganic fertilizers because it is one of the pillars of the green revolution, namely the optimal use of inorganic fertilizers. Literature states that at the beginning of the green revolution, the average corn productivity was 0.97 tons and in the following period it reached 1.12 tons with an increase of 0.01% tons per year. Faster growth response and crop yields make farmers become dependent on inorganic fertilizers and use them excessively so that they can damage the physical, chemical, and biological properties of the soil, harden the soil, reduce soil fertility, reduce soil essential nutrients and minerals, and cause land degradation. One of the efforts to reduce the excessive use of inorganic fertilizers and improve soil physical properties is by applying manure. According to Rayne and Aula (2020), manure has provided many benefits as evidenced by several studies that have been reviewed, such as improving various soil properties and crop yields, making manure a viable option for restoring degraded land and possibly becoming sustainable..

Object of research Hybrid Corn Plants (Alfisols)

Materials and methods This research was carried out in the Experimental Field of Sukosari Village, Jumanto District, Karanganyar Regency on land with a height of 171 m asl. The tools used were a plow, measuring cup, analytical balance, 1 set of gravimetric equipment, 1 set of wadding equipment, 1 set of pycnometer, and 1 set of double sieve equipment. The experiment was carried out using a Completely Randomized Block Design (RBD)

Result From the results of this research, it can be seen that there is no correlation between soil and plant parameters. good, while plant parameters were more influenced by the dose of inorganic fertilizer given, which is in accordance with the literature which stated that plant parameters and corn production were affected by 50% NPK fertilization treatment

Conclusion The application of organic and inorganic fertilizers is a important step and has a major effect on bulk density, soil porosity, aggregate stability, root fresh weight, root volume, and weight of corn with and without husks. In addition, treatment with 7.5 to 10 tonnes of organic fertilizer and ¼, ¾, and 1 dose of inorganic fertilizer had the best effect on the physical properties of Alfisol soil, growth, and yield of hybrid corn, while the lowest yield was obtained in the control treatment. This shows that organic treatment can reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers between ¼ to ¾ of the standard dose. root fresh weight, root volume, and weight of corn with and without husks. In addition, treatment with 7.5 to 10 tonnes
