TENTANG LAPORAN KEBERLANJUTAN INI

This report is the first sustainability report covering the company's performance from January 1 to December 31, 2013. The sustainability performance indicators presented in this report cover the material and relevant aspects of the company's activities.

TANTANGAN DAN STRATEGI KEBERLANJUTAN

Thus, there is no significant influence of the social environment on the survival of the company's operations. Intensified business competition with many companies, competitors are entering the business segment of the company.

Empowering the community, the company is committed to improving the quality of local life, which is also part of the stakeholders through the efforts of social partnership, social investment and charitable activities. Management of environmental impacts, the company undertakes to start analyzing the impacts of our business activities on the environment and to start implementing corporate environmental management.

KEPENTINGAN PERUSAHAAN

Product liability, the Company always strives to provide the best products and services for customers and protect their rights by implementing the services and products liability and optimal service. Environmental protection, the Company is committed to participate in the conservation of the environment through various environmental awareness activities and distribution of funds for social environmental conservation.

TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN YANG BERKELANJUTAN

The annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company is a body that has never granted powers to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board. The submitted quarterly management report has been signed by the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board. The number of members of the Supervisory Board exceeds the number of members of the Board of Directors, consisting of 4 (four) people.

In the performance of their duties, the Board of Directors and the Board of Directors are accountable to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

SUPERVISORY BOARD CONTROL

Komite merupakan organ pendukung direksi yang tugas dan tanggung jawabnya bersifat membantu secara kolektif kepada direksi dalam melaksanakan fungsi pengawasan dan memberikan nasihat kepada direksi. Saat ini Dewan Komisaris ICON+ dibantu oleh 2 (dua) komite yaitu Komite Audit yang dibentuk berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Dewan Komisaris no. 02.SK/DEKOM/2013 tentang Pembentukan Komite Audit tanggal 9 April 2013 dan Komite Manajemen Risiko yang dibentuk berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Dewan Komisaris No. 03.SK/DEKOM/2013 tentang Pembentukan Komite Manajemen Risiko tanggal 9 April 2013. Komite merupakan suatu badan yang bertugas mendukung dewan komisaris dan secara kolektif bertanggung jawab membantu direksi dalam melaksanakan pengawasan dan pemberian nasihat kepada Dewan direksi.

Currently, the board of ICON+ is assisted by 2 (two) committees, namely the commissioners' audit committee, which was established by board decree no. 02.SK/DEKOM/2013 on the formation of an audit committee dated April 9, 2013, and the risk management committee, which was established by board decree No. 03.SK/DEKOM/2013 on the formation of a risk management committee of 9 April 2013.

MANAGEMENT CONTROL

Extending support to the implementation of enterprise risk management process to the level of teamwork and individual. Make sure that every head of the Sub-Director and the Division has used the process of risk management in every business process that is carried out. Foundation Sub-Dir/Division and specific projects as Project Pilot implementation of the system of Total Risk Management (TRM).

Thus, the level of risk maturity of risk management of ICON+ moves from the initial level (level 2 of 5) to Repeatable (Level 3 of 5).

TANGGUNG JAWAB

During the reporting period, the company was not politically active and did not make donations to political interests. In the meantime, concern for social and environmental problems is receiving a lot of attention in society and is becoming an important part of exercising social responsibility. In addition, the company participates in the launched Go Green program for PLN substations in the environment.

During 2013, there were no legal problems faced by ICON+, therefore there were no lawsuits related to the information faced by ICON+ which had a significant impact on the state and performance of the company.

EKONOMI PERUSAHAAN

In 2013, the company fulfills all the needs of Information and Communication Technology PLN (Persero), in particular the completion of the implementation of the Contact Center (CRM) in 7 regions, AP2T outside Java and Bali in 8 regions, the Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) ERP, DRC AP2T, DRC P2APST and Data Center P2APST. The company's economic contribution to sustainability is mainly reflected in the size of the economic value of the purchase and distributed to stakeholders [G4-EC1]. The Company's contribution in this direction continues to grow along with the growth of the company.

In the reporting period of the procurement process of goods and services, the Company engages a total of seven suppliers consisting of six suppliers based in Jakarta and one supplier residing outside Jakarta [G4-EC9].

Benefits of implementing ISO 27001 include ensuring that the company has linked information security controls to the business processes in the environment that could lead to the risk and disruption. It is an improved calling village telephone service previously offered by ICON+ for the villages in the Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua region. Conduct marketing research on broadband services (Internet and other content) in the market, to define the positioning of the company's existing conditions and develop strategies that can be implemented.

Management policies related to customer responsibilities were defined in the Company's values, the company has always been careful and benevolent in providing services that are responsible for customer satisfaction.

MENUMBUHKAN BUDAYA KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA (K3)

The company realized that the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is one of the requirements to achieve a sustainable company. Therefore, the Company formed a committee of Trustees of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS3) to implement policies and procedures OHS as an effort to prevent accidents and to achieve the target of zero accidents in the Company. The company has implemented the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all employees' associated K3, including optical cable stringing in accordance with Decision of the Board of Directors No.

In an effort to prevent accidents for employees, the company has organized a training program consisting of:[G4-LA7].

TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI

Saya juga berharap ICON+ dapat terus mendukung keberadaan koneksi internet pada sekolah master dan juga pelatihan. ICON+ Regional Indonesia Timur telah menyelenggarakan seminar dan workshop di Kampus Universitas Hasanudin (UnHas) Makassar. Selain seminar dan workshop, acara ini juga diisi dengan penandatanganan kesepakatan antara UIN Alauddin Makassar dengan pihak perusahaan sebagai wujud kerjasama antara perusahaan dengan civitas UnHas.

Concluding with an introductory workshop on fiber optic cable installation and splicing, it demonstrates how the company's proprietary fiber optic cable.

Selain seminar dan workshop, acara ini juga diwarnai penandatanganan kontrak antara UIN Alauddin Makassar dengan pihak perusahaan sebagai bentuk kerjasama dengan Civitas UnHas. Perusahaan menyelenggarakan seminar dan workshop nasional bertema “Cloud Computing – Transformasi Infrastruktur Pusat Data” di UIN Alauddin Makassar. Selain seminar dan workshop, acara ini juga diisi dengan penandatanganan kontrak antara UIN Alauddin Makassar dengan perusahaan sebagai bentuk kerjasama antara perusahaan dengan civitas UIN Alauddin Makassar.

The seminar was initiated by the company and UIN Alauddin invited participants to learn more about cloud computing.

TANGGUNG JAWAB PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP LINGKUNGAN

Seminar ini diprakarsai oleh perusahaan dan UIN Alauddin untuk mengajak peserta mempelajari lebih lanjut mengenai cloud computing. Peserta seminar dan workshop ini berjumlah 80 orang yang terdiri dari civitas akademika Jurusan Teknik Informatika dan Jurusan Sistem Informasi UIN Alauddin Makassar serta asisten laboratorium laboratorium. Perseroan dan UIN Alauddin mengajak peserta untuk mengikuti stripping dan penyambungan kabel OPM (Optical Power Meter) dan OFI (Optical Fiber Identifier), serta light source dan OTDR.

Participants in the seminar and workshop consisted of 80 people from Civitas Academic Department Information and Information Systems Department of UIN Alauddin Makassar and laboratory.

CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ENVIRONMENT

As a company engaged in the telecommunications industry, the company's operational activities do not have a significant impact on the environment. Energy efficiency is in the company's operation in electrical energy consumption, especially for the operational needs of the office and home office. In 2013, the company began to apply the concept of green office environments prevalent in the head office.

In terms of environmental protection activities, the company carried out greening activities in the headquarters, which worked closely with the building management.
