In an area of 7 acres, located in Maruti Street No. 8, Keramas, Blahbatuh, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia with beautiful natural shades, we provide facilities for the purposes of recreation events and family, your friends, and free enterprise, with a capacity of up to 1000 people.

Keramas park is an outdoor place that is usually used for outbound activities which are usually carried out outside a controlled environment. These activities are often designed to encourage exploration, physical activity, and social interaction. This activity is expected to create a sense of cooperation and kinship as well

OUTBOUND FLOW ACTIVITY A.) Pre-Course

Is a conditioning period for the participants of a training process. Pre - course is usually given before the implementation of the activities carried out. Ask participants to set aside dedicated time for self-reflection on their leadership experiences. Provide them with a set of questions or prompts to guide their reflection, such as:

 What does leadership mean to you?

 Reflect on your past experiences as a leader. What were the most significant challenges you faced and what did you learn from them?

 What are your key strengths as a leader?

 In which areas do you feel you have room for growth and development?

 What specific goals do you have for improving your leadership skills?

B.) Ice Breaking

It is the beginning of a series of program activities by using some light games as a tool to break the ice amongst the participants in the new group.

a. Photos on flying fox in the best style

This game is carried out by selecting representatives from each group, group

representatives will ride the flying fox rides. when the flying fox game starts there will be a committee in charge of being the photographer, then the players from the group

representatives must style as well as possible to be able to win the game.

b. Eating crackers

This game is done by taking one representative from each group, then the game begins, who can finish the crackers the fastest, then the winner of the game is the group

representative.

c. Guess the Style

This game is played by all members, one of the members serves as a clue display given by the committee. then the participant who is in charge of the demonstration will give clues to the other members and the other members are tasked with guessing what word is being demonstrated. The group that can guess the most words is the winner.

d. Guess the picture

Almost the same as Guess the Style, but this game uses pictures as a tool to give clues.

The grub that can guess the most is the winner.

e. Tug of war

This game is played by all members of the group, each group will fight another group, and from there it can be found which group will be the winner.

C.) Low & High Impact Activities

This particular activity is not always presented for each program activity that we have.

This activity has a tremendous impact, but it is not the case when presented in short program; so important to us, as the steering committee, to find out the target activity to be achieved before presenting this event as a means of achieving goals. In general, this activity aims to:

• Provide an opportunity for participants to act / think out of limits - limits

• Provide experience in addressing concerns related to unfamiliar

• Can to read the situation and improve aware

• Stimulate the ability to make decisions taking into account the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Treatment).

D.) De-Briefing

This activity is learning the participants along with a group guided by the group

facilitators. In this activity, the group dynamics will appear in full after a series of activities in the form of a completed game. This activity aims to:

 Stimulate and elicits effective communication processes within the group.

 Stimulate the sensitivity of the participants of the importance of the evaluation process in a good working team.

 Evocative awareness of how to work effectively in groups.

E.) Reporting Course

Provide a general statement for the organization of the company /organization /institution concerned as a picture of the activity. The purpose of this report is as part of our

commitment to the services we provide so that we can continue to develop a program of activities that we provide for the needs of the users of the services of our company.

F.) Safety First

Security and safety at the stage of activity is a top priority for us. Facilitators our

experienced facilitators will continue to ensure the security and safety of you even if you are doing activities that appear challenging and entails risk, so you should not hesitate to do so. Follow the instructions carefully every detail directed by our facilitators.

Keramas Park has many outbound and team building activities. This one activity was made consciously to develop group work within an organization. Invite your family or co- workers to play.
