Dear Yr. Ross :
....
We have a future fanners chapter located in a small Kansas town where there is a public high school and a pirechial high school. This year sane of the boys in the parochial
'high school are enrolling in vocational agriculture for two
mits of work. The balance of their studies are in the
parochial high school. The vocational agriculture, of course, is in the public high school. The teacher bas raised the question as to their FFA status. Their chief identity will be 'With the J8rochial high school. They will compete on its athletic teams and in scholastic activities.
The qu~stion is: "Can these boys be admitted to member- ship to the FFA ?11 I regret to pass this problem to you as you are doubtless busy, but frankly I do not know what to say in regard to the matter.
Sincerely yours,
