MINUTFS OF THE F.F.A. NATIONAL BOAID OF TRCJSTEES MEETING

Washington, D. c. July 11-15, 1944

The neeting was called to· order in the office of the Executive Secretary by President BoWman at 5:30 p.m. Those present were: President Robert Bowman;

Follow:t.ng the opening ceremony the minutes of the January 1944 mee.ting were -read by Secretary Freeman and adopted as read. Tbe minutes of the 1943

~as City Board of Trustees meeting •re approved as read. The minutes of the Ju~y 1943 Board of Trustees neeting were approved as read.

The situation regarding· the establishment of F .F .A. chapters in Indian Schools and Japanese War Bslocation Centers was discussed but no definite action

was

taken.

The meting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.

A representative of the Chamber . of ~erce should serve as Chairman. He should open the meeting, introduce the toastmaster, and close the meeting. The past National F.F.A. President should serve as toastmaster.
