Session Week.-The session week begins on Monday' morning and ends on Saturday, at 12 m.
Office Hours.-Dean of the Department of the Theory and Practice of Physical Training: Mondays, Thursdays, 4:45-5:30 p. m.; Wednesdays, Fridays, 3: 15-4:00 p. m. Office telephone. Main 151 7.

Special Frograms.-Special programs and schedules have been prepared for visiting days, practice teaching, fencing divisions. etc.
Semester Examinations.-These are written examinations held in accord- ance with §'s 24 and 25 of the By-laws of the Normal College. Semester examinations will be conducted by members of the Faculty and by examina- tion proctors in the College rooms, between 8:45 a. m. and 6:00 p. m., as follows:

1ibrarr ~ules
1. Books are divided into three classes: Reference works, one- books, and seven-day books. All books not designated in the . catalogue as reference works or one-day books, are seven-day

2. As long as notice to the contrary is not given by the Ad- .istratiYe Board, students will have free access to the shelves
!n·ed for reference works. Books of this class may be used

irned to their proper places on the shelves not later than , o'clock p. m. on the day of their removal.
' 3. The cases containing one-day and seven day books shall be locke d only during the periods :fixed for the delivery and return books ; and the librarian shall keep these cases securely locked

4 . Application and receipt cards are furnished in two colors,
· one-day and seven-day books, respectively. A separate card must used for each volume. Every card placed in the application box mld bear th e number of the volume as given in the card catalogue, d the applicant's name; when the volume is delivered to the 1 rrower, h e will convert the application into a receipt by signing name on the last line of the card. If the applicant personally aces the card in the hands of the librarian at the time :fixed for uing books, the catalogue number and the borrower's signature
·11 s uffice. In either case, the librarian will write on the card the
:>ok number of the volume delivered, and stamp thereon the date
; delivery, and subsequently the date of return. The librarian will lso stamp the date of delivery on the card attached to the third _DYe r page of the volume.
5. E ach student is entitled to v volumes, ex-
usfre of texts drnwn for class use ( § 6 ).
6. Copies of a seven-day text issued at the request of an in- .tructor to the members of a class for class use, may be retained 1ntil the time set by such instructor for their return. All other
;eyen-day books may be retained for one week only.
7. A one-day book should be returned on the session day next follow in g the day on which it was drawn.
8. A ll books must be returned on or before the

9 . For keeping any work over time, the borrower incurs a
:fine of ' cents per day and volume; provided that for
books retained after the day given in § 8, the :fine shall be
