This research was submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the bachelor's degree in International Business Administration. Endorsed by the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Bachelor of Economics Degree at Bhayangkara University. Project Title: The Impact of Organizational Commitment, Job Training and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Bossotel Inn Bangkok, Thailand.

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of organizational commitment, job training, and work environment on employee performance at Bossotel Inn Bangkok, Thailand. The results showed that: 1) organizational commitment has a significant impact on the performance of employees at Bossotel Inn Bangkok, 2) job training has a significant impact on the performance of employees at Bossotel Inn Bangkok, 3) the work environment has a significant impact on the performance of employees at Bossotel Gostilna Bangkok. The name of the thesis is "The Impact of Organizational Commitment, Job Training and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees at Bossotel Inn Bangkok" was done as one of the requirements for a degree in the Department of International Business Administration, Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.

Thanks to Bossotel Inn Bangkok who was willing and allowed to provide information in order to conduct this research. Many thanks to all the staff of Bossotel Inn Bangkok who have been willing to teach me how to work patiently and understandingly as long as I carry out the internship program.

An organizational commitment indicates the strength of a person in identifying his involvement in a part of the organization. One of the things that must be taken into account in the performance of the work is the process of achieving the objectives, in accordance with the performance standards. The development of the service industry has penetrated into various fields, such as hospitality, education and medical services.

Based on the above background, the author chooses the title “The influence of organizational commitment, work training and working environment on the performance of employees of Bossotel Inn Bangkok.” This study measures the performance level of employees in the way they play a role in the company as it concerns involvement in the field of organisation, job training and working environment. How does organizational involvement affect the work performance of Bossotel Inn Bangkok-Thailand employees? Based on the background of the problem and the above formulation, the researcher has the objectives to be achieved in this research.

To analyze the influence of work environment on employee performance at Bossotel Inn Bangkok-Thailand. Much of the research conducted focused on comparing the various factors that affect performance.

A General Picture of an Object Research

Bossotel Inn Bangkok becomes one of the choices customer always choose from domestic or international as it is located in a strategic area. Located in the Chareonkrung area and close to Wat Suan Phlu, Chao Phraya River, Sathorn Pier and Saphan Taksin BTS station. Many guests come not only for vacation, but also for business, as Bossotel Inn is located right next to the Shangri-La Hotel.

Bossotel Inn has several facilities especially for our guests, we have swimming pool and gym, spa and massage, business center, restaurant and bar. During special events such as Songkran, Loy Krathong, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve, Bossotel Inn also always makes a special event for guests.

Based on Figure 4.1, it can be seen that the majority of the employees in Bossotel Inn Bangkok, Thailand are female with a frequency of 55%, which is equal to 22 employees, and male staff is 45%, which is equal to 18 employees, which is the total number of employees working in Bossotel Inn Bangkok 40 employees. Individual conditions such as age can affect the level of work experience, professionalism and high self-confidence when dealing with a task, but they can cause the opposite with advanced age, such as forgetfulness, endurance that has begun to quickly deplete.

Conclusion

For centuries, it has been shown that the age of most respondents in Bossotel Inn Bangkok consists of 42.5% are employees at the age of about 21-31 years old which is equal to 17 people, then 30% are employees at the age of about 32 – 42 years old which is equal to 12 employees, and the last is 27.5% employee is at the age above 42 years which is equal to 11 employees. Validation test indicates that the distributed questionnaire is valid, therefore all the information or data received is accurate and can be further processed in the reliability test. According to multiple linear regression analysis, organizational commitment shows the most influence on employee performance.

From the test with multiple correlation coefficients, we can conclude that the increase of the dependent variable, namely employee performance, is influenced by the independent variables of organizational commitment, job training and work environment of 88.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the organization. study.
