50 DIGITAL TEAM-BUILDING GAMES QUICK START

Go to the foreword and read 'How to use the games in this book'. Run your first digital team building game and start reaping the rewards. First, determine the goal of your team building game by choosing one of the nine main categories. Then limit yourself to the number of people you have, the time available and the technology you have available.

PREFACE: HOW TO USE THE GAMES IN THIS BOOK

Event—How can you run the best team building event and achieve your team goals. Once you've determined the goal for your team building event, you can then use this book to select the team building games you need to make it a success. A good approach is to order the team building games to make it easier to achieve the goals you have identified one step at a time.

Another good idea is to encourage people to log in or call 30 minutes before the team building event. This step is essential to ensure that each person can fully participate during the team building event. For example, let's say you have three team building games and the team fails first.
