Go to the foreword and read 'How to use the games in this book'. Run your first digital team building game and start reaping the rewards. First, determine the goal of your team building game by choosing one of the nine main categories. Then limit yourself to the number of people you have, the time available and the technology you have available.
Then use the page numbers to scan the team building games that match your goals and criteria and choose the one that best suits your needs.
PREFACE: HOW TO USE THE GAMES IN THIS BOOK
Event—How can you run the best team building event and achieve your team goals. Once you've determined the goal for your team building event, you can then use this book to select the team building games you need to make it a success. A good approach is to order the team building games to make it easier to achieve the goals you have identified one step at a time.
Another good idea is to encourage people to log in or call 30 minutes before the team building event. This step is essential to ensure that each person can fully participate during the team building event. For example, let's say you have three team building games and the team fails first.
You can also play many of these team building games live with everyone in the same room. You can relax once you've taken care of all your obligations, knowing you've organized a great team-building event.

Make sure you, as the facilitator, have the solution in front of you so you can buzz the team when they go off track. You can reduce or increase the size of the grid to decrease or increase complexity. You can prohibit the group from changing the grid to make the exercise more difficult (or you can reward teams if they mark the grid as a way to avoid mistakes).
You can find all the lyrics and the song online and then try to recreate the main components. By learning to work together, you can achieve mythical results that are greater than the sum of their parts. You can hold this event live or arrange a conference call for all teammates if you do it virtually.
You can see how all these steps and physical work really make this an EPIC team building event.
