For example, you will find: a directory section that includes listings of all Service Corps of Retired Managers (SCORE) offices; an informative glossary that includes small business terms; and a cumulative index describing each plan profiled throughout the Business Plan Handbook series. We've also reprinted a business plan template for your reference that provides a comprehensive overview of the essential components of a business plan and two fictional plans used by small business consultants.

BUSINESS OVERVIEW

Cover Art Advertising will create a vinyl cover to fold over the Yellow Pages phone book's paper cover.

BUSINESS STRATEGY

MARKET ANALYSIS

We would advertise the fact that we are producing the phone book cover right from the start. Our phone book cover will be strategically positioned as an advertisement for our clients existing advertising methods.

OPERATIONS

We will use the Internet to support the sale of our products to our customers. Once the phone book cover for Regina is ready, we will place ads on radio stations telling the public to look at the cover and enter the contest.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

FlameThrower Barbecue Sauce is the signature sauce from the well-known local restaurant of the same name, which has recently been revived under new management. The product's shortcomings are: (a) The FlameThrower brand image is strongest only in the Ann Arbor (Metro Detroit) area.

ORGANIZATION

The flavor of the sauce makes it an excellent departure from the vinegary and/or excessively smoky sauces available in the local region, while offering a more robust palette than that of nationally mass-produced sauces. The bulk of the metro area's 86 barbecue restaurants are also within Detroit city limits, which are considered secondary competition due to a different customer base based on geographic proximity.

CUSTOMERS

Based on this logic, we can make two conclusions: (1) the first is that we can pay extra money to put our product on the fifth level shelf. 2) Another conclusion is that Spicy Sauce, Marc's Marinade and Chef LaPonde's BBQ Sauce have better sales than other brands. The direct customer would be the purchasing agent of the supermarket, as sales of the sauce will be made directly to Food Stores R Us.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

CONCLUSION

Most of this corridor will be located directly west of the university and east of the hospital. Forty-one of the units will be designated as housing for economics students at the University of Louisville.

GROWTH STRATEGY

The Interactive Garden will be located in a recreation center on the west side of Portage, Indiana. The Interactive Garden will be located in Portage on West Smithers Road in the Copperwood Shopping Center.

COMPETITION

Local business will be generated through an aggressive marketing campaign to local residents, the group office and local bingo hall and local preschools. Leaflets will be distributed in the local area on a monthly basis for special advertisements, sweepstakes and promotions.

BUSINESS FEASIBILITY

The biggest threat is the possibility of another corner store opening nearby. These are time-consuming processes, but these product lines will be requested in the first quarter.

COMPANY HISTORY

Organized as an LLC, Green Earth Construction was designed as a lifestyle company for its founder, Richard Brummer. Green Earth Construction's goal is to design and build high-quality, environmentally friendly single-family homes, one building at a time.

ADVERTISING

Brummer's house will also serve as the Green Earth Construction's model and will be located in the foothills or mountains west of Abliene. Development of Green Earth Construction will begin with the purchase of land on which to build the model home.

MANAGEMENT SUMMARY

In addition, this system allows us to track popular items that are used in the development of additional product lines. We have already been approved by Homeland Security and the FDA for access to the US markets in the US and Canada. The company was established to provide authentic Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Pakistani food to the growing immigrant population in the Portland area, as well as to an ever-growing market of urban professionals who enjoy eating more adventurous ethnic food specialties.

Others are Pacific Rim immigrants living in the Portland area who demand premium quality authentic Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Pakistani food products. That means more than three million units of the product are sold annually in the greater Portland area. Due to recent events in the Middle East and Europe, there has been a large increase in immigration to the United States.

Due to the success of this program, we will continue with a similar marketing strategy this year.

OBJECTIVES

We write and distribute press releases to all local newspapers in hopes of being covered as a local news item. Many of the local papers do weekly features on Portland entrepreneurs, and since there is intense local interest in entrepreneurs from the Pacific Rim countries, Worldwide Cuisine makes an appropriate profile. One of the company's advisory board members works with the local media and regularly recommends our story.

In addition to employing a salesperson who receives a 10% commission on gross sales, we will be attending an annual international food fair in January to expose our products to a wider potential market.

RISK FACTORS

A falling US dollar will make it more expensive to buy Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Pakistani products. We have registered the name Worldwide Cuisine and continue to do the same for our best selling products. In the event of a problem, the quality control manager notifies the exporting company and obtains an exchange or credit.

To help offset these factors, Worldwide Cuisine stocks quantities of popular items, which also allows us to accommodate rush orders. We will need a line of credit to cover our working capital needs in the months before and after the summer, which will be our peak season. Over the next year, my goal is to increase our revenue by 125% as a wholesale company specializing in importing high quality Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Pakistani foods for sale to specialty retailers in North America.

As a result of my ten years working in a family business in Asia, I have cultivated long-term business relationships with three major ethnic food specialists.

FITNESS CENTER

Website – We will develop a website and get it linked from the gym's directories and the local website. Word of mouth - The owner will visit each local store and hand out a leaflet with a 50 percent discount for the first month. In the following years, the profit position will improve dramatically due to our quality and service.

In the long run, be in a good position to either sell or grow the business further. Gift sales increase in the months leading up to a holiday, namely Christmas and Mother's Day. We are located in the north end of town, yet we get a lot of customers from the south end of town.

This is the reason we want to set up a location in the southern end of the city.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

We charge a fixed monthly rate for handyman services based on the size of the home. We have decided not to increase our salaries with the addition of the handyman business. Sales leads are closed via a phone call and a personal sales meeting from one of the company's owners.

Customers tend to be patriotic and place high value on the American handmade feature of the products. Materials are purchased from the Kentsey Leather Company of Butte, one of the most respected suppliers of its kind in the world. When the customer arrives at the store, all the preparation for the dishes has already been done.

Stations are set up throughout the store with all the equipment and ingredients needed to make each recipe.

INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

Minute Meals have been called "the future McDonald's of the industry" by one association member, reflecting their strategy of high volume without much service or product quality. Ontario household spending rebounded in 2005 with a 9.1% increase - the result of subdued demand after several years of sluggish growth. Full-service restaurant sales rose a tepid 1.3% in June amid weak demand across much of Canada, while bar sales fell 0.8%, marking the segment's tenth consecutive monthly sales decline.

Local population - the city of Windsor with a population of around 199,000 is centrally located in the Windsor area and is within 15 minutes' drive of 8 major suburbs. Local Businesses - The Windsor Chamber of Commerce lists over three hundred businesses with an average of three employees in the First Square and Main Street area. Gino Scarpilli and Vincent Hanna - the shareholders - will retain ownership with the option of offering shares to key employees if deemed appropriate.

Our marketing efforts will be concentrated on take-out and delivery - the areas of most promising growth.
