THE IMPACT OF WORK-LIFE POLICIES, CAREER DEVELOPMENT, AND REWARDS TOWARDS EMPLOYEE RETENTION – A CASE STUDY OF CV
BAJA TAMA SARANA

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the employee retention problem in CV BAJA TAMA SARANA. To define the employee turnover problem which Work- Life Policies, Career Development, and Rewards are affecting the Employee Retention in the case of CV BAJA TAMA SARANA. The researcher did a discussion with the employee and informal interview with the Director of CV BAJA TAMA SARANA. This study use descriptive quantitative approach. The data was collected by distributed the questionnaire to 31 employees in the company and the processing was done by using SPSS software. The result from structural model suggests that work-life balance and career development are really affecting the reason of employee turnover, while rewards does not have a significant impact to the employee turnover. By having this research, it can help the company easy to analyze the reason of the employee turnover in CV BAJA TAMA SARANA and also make a better strategy to improve the employee retention.
