Speaking ability is also defined in the development of the relationship between speakers on his/her audience. This is because they are interested in the subject and have something new to say about it, or because they want to contribute to achieving an assignment goal. Students who are interested in the social and cultural customs of the language they are learning as a mother tongue are likely to be successful.
Conversely, the learner with little interest in the lives of native speakers of the second language or low instrumental motivation can be expected to learn slowly and stop learning in some way below native speaker competence.37. Difficulty in speaking can be caused by shyness or personality factors that are independent of the language used. So the student is usually afraid of making a mistake, afraid of the attention his speech attracts, or he may lack vocabulary, grammar and poor pronunciation.
However, based on Sinarta in Bambang, the last survey still shows that classroom situations in the teaching and learning to speak are not conductive (class not alive, teacher's dominance of the speaking activity).42. Besides, according to Penny's argument, some fundamental problems that occur in the speaking class include inhibition, complete silence and low participation.43 Furthermore, Penny said that learners are often afraid to say things in a speaking classroom. Of all the problems mentioned above, it could be that these are all caused by problems that happened in the classroom or in the speaking class.
This only increases the amount of student speaking that takes place in a limited time period and also reduces the inhibitions of students who do not want to speak in front of the whole class. It is true that group work means that the teacher cannot control the whole of the student's speech, so that not all pronunciations will be correct, and students may occasionally slip into their mother tongue: nevertheless, even allowing for occasional errors and the use of the mother tongue, the amount the time left for positive, useful oral practice is likely to still be much more than in a whole-class setting. In general, the level of language required for the discussion should be lower than that used in intensive language learning activities in the same class: participants should be able to recall it easily and prepare it so that they can speak fluently with the least hesitation. .
Make a careful choice of topic and task to stimulate interest In general, the clearer the purpose of the discussion, the more motivated participants will be (see Unit Two). For example, tell learners to make sure that everyone in the group contributes to the discussion; appoint a chairman for each group who will regulate participation.

This is evident when the teacher asked one of the students in class VII B, and then the students did not answer appropriately and students were often confused when they were asked questions by the teacher. One of the students in class VII B named Wulan said she lacks enough grammar and a bravery to speak. This is also because students only recognize and enrich the vocabulary of the English language in the classroom.
Another problem occurs when the teacher explains the material in class VII A, but there are some students who do not focus on the teacher's explanations, they were busy joking and playing with other students. Devi, as one of the students of Class VII A, said that he was tired of learning English, especially speaking, because it is difficult to understand the explanation given by the teacher. But the reason for this originates not only from students but also from teachers. This problem is evident when the learning process of speaking in class VII A, when teachers greet students using the English language, from 20 students in class VII A, but only three students respond.
If the teacher is creative and the material is interesting, the students will have the spirit and motivation to join. Lack of student activity in the process of teaching and learning the English language (especially for speaking materials). The teaching method applied by the teachers, making the role of the students in the classroom very minimal.
In this case, the teacher must motivate the students by using some techniques to keep motivation high. When the right activities are taught properly, speaking in class can be fun, increasing overall motivation and making the English-speaking classroom fun and dynamic. There is one factor that makes it difficult for students to speak English, which is that the environment does not support students to speak English often.

And then, this will make the students curious about the meaning of the new word in their minds, it will encourage the students to find the meaning of the word. Restoring the stroy is an attempt to overcome the students' teachers' fear of speaking English, as through storytelling the students will learn to speak in front of the class using the language of the students themselves.
